How to enter
- Reside within the Rolando Village area.
- Be a Rolando Community Council member (Household: $15/year — join here).
- Your photo must be taken within the Rolando Village area.
- One submission per household, per quarter.
- Submit using the form below by the end of the quarter to be considered.
